We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the shipping rates, delivery timelines, and logistics guidelines for Bhawani General Store & Baby Care.

Delivery Timelines

Since we operate locally within our city, we guarantee express delivery:

Standard City Delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
Express Diapers/Baby Formula Delivery: Same-day delivery if ordered before 2:00 PM.
Outstation Shipping: 3 to 5 working days depending on state laws.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹5000: Free Standard Shipping.
Orders below ₹5000: Flat ₹40 local shipping and logistics handling fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

COD is eligible on all orders up to ₹5,000. For security reasons, orders above ₹5,000 must be prepaid online. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping destination to make the payment and receive the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a package that is torn, leaked, or open, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to our customer care at +91 98765 43210 or email support@bhawanistore.com. We will send a replacement free of charge.
